You can permanently delete your Zymplo account and all your data at any time. There are 3 equivalent ways:
Option 1 · Via WhatsApp (fastest · 30 seconds)
1 Send the Zymplo bot the message: "delete my account" · "borrar mi cuenta" · or "deletar minha conta".
2 The bot will ask for confirmation with a button.
3 You confirm · and the deletion is executed within 24 hours.
Option 2 · Via email
Send an email from your registered account to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request" and include your Zymplo WhatsApp number.
We respond within 15 business days at most (LGPD · GDPR).
Option 3 · Web form
What gets deleted
- Your user profile and preferences.
- Complete history of conversations with the bot.
- Client list · payment collections · expenses · appointments · notes.
- Usage statistics and personal analytics.
- Any active subscription (cancelled immediately · no prorated refunds except as required by local law).
What is kept temporarily
- Issued NFS-e: kept for 5 years in Brazil due to fiscal obligation (we cannot delete them). They remain associated with an anonymous identifier.
- Anonymized technical logs: 90 days for security and fraud prevention.
- Encrypted backups: 30 days after deletion · then destroyed.
⚠️ It is irreversible. Once the deletion is confirmed · we cannot recover your data. If you want to keep a copy · request an export by email before deleting.
Future re-registration
After deleting you can sign up again with the same number at any time · but you start from scratch · with no history.
